Eco Housing Solutions Africa (EHS) showcased some of East Africa’s most promising real estate and urban development opportunities at the recently concluded 16th UK–Africa Investment Summit 2026 in London.
The Summit brought together government leaders, institutional investors, banks, development finance institutions, manufacturers and project sponsors from the United Kingdom, Africa, India and the Middle East.
EHS presented a portfolio of investment opportunities spanning affordable housing, luxury residences, mixed-use communities, gated estates and sustainable urban developments across the region.
Among the projects showcased were developments by Karim Exclusives, the Kenyan luxury property developer behind Ivy Myst, Gaia and the upcoming Spectre. The projects attracted interest from delegates seeking professionally developed and strategically positioned real estate opportunities within East Africa’s growing premium property market.
EHS also presented Savanna Rise, a 96-unit residential development designed to respond to the growing demand for well-planned, modern and secure urban housing. The development forms part of a broader pipeline of promising projects positioned to benefit from increasing urban populations, rising housing demand and changing lifestyles across the region.
The EHS presentation further highlighted emerging opportunities in affordable housing, smart-city developments, eco-friendly gated communities, green buildings, property technology and supporting infrastructure.
Dr. Edwin Musiime, Group Managing Director of Eco Housing Solutions Africa, said Africa’s urban growth presents a major opportunity for responsible long-term investment.
“Urbanisation is one of Africa’s greatest investment opportunities. Our growing cities require quality housing, sustainable infrastructure and well-planned communities that improve people’s lives. By connecting credible projects with patient capital and strategic partners, we can transform urban growth into jobs, prosperity and dignified living,” Dr. Musiime said.
Several investors expressed interest in learning more about the featured developments and the wider East African property market.
EHS will build on the engagements initiated in London by facilitating further investor discussions, project presentations and partnerships. The company remains committed to positioning East Africa as a competitive destination for sustainable real estate investment and building tomorrow’s cities today.
